Frontier Energy supports technical and workforce development for local ordinances that require single-family homes to obtain a Home Energy Score at the time of sale. To determine the market readiness of the program, Frontier Energy sought stakeholder input from local realtors, home inspectors, and industry experts. Frontier then recruited and trained HES-qualified assessors, developed HES program protocols, and a web-based program for streamlined HES submissions.
