schedules rigorously in order to provide timely results and minimize
the time the clients vehicles are in our hands.
Client supportOur facilities for client representatives
are new and second to none in the industry. Included are air-conditioned
private offices, phone and fax services, conference and workrooms,
and access to photocopying, Internet, kitchen and reception services.
ConfidentialityAll CAVTC employees are bound by
legal confidentiality agreements, and CAVTC employs rigorous procedures
for controlling access to data. Laboratory access is also controlled
as required by each client.
Cost accounting and billingWe employ a comptroller
and an accountant who work directly with our testing staff and
management to assure accurate project financial records and timely,
correct invoicing. All project timekeeping, purchasing, and other
cost records are available for client inspection.
