CAVTC is privately owned and operated. Its owners are always interested in a broad range of possible business relationships. Our principal business is the conduct of individual emissions testing assignments under standard fixed-scope contractual agreements. We are also open to a variety of other business arrangements, both short- and long-term in nature. Some examples include the following:

• Marketing agent relationships based on proven capability to bring client projects to CAVTC
• Long-term master contracts for clients needing high-volume testing services on a quick-response task-order basis
• Part-capacity long-term laboratory time sharing or leasing, for clients with extensive and continuing testing requirements
• Long-term full laboratory leasing, including staffing, facilities, and all equipment, for clients with the workload to justify laboratory facilities, with or without site management by CAVTC
• Capital investment in a variety of forms, ranging from passive stockholdings to active partnerships
